You are all wrong. In that shot he is not wearing any makeup. He has good skin–my God he’s 23–who doesn’t have good skin at 23?! Plus he has naturally long lashes.

I actually thick the top picture of Zac is not that flash. I much prefer Jesse McCartney when he had blonde hair. Look up Jesse McCartney on google images and find a blonde-hair picture of him. Absolutely perfect.
