Get ready to see Zac Efron like you’ve never seen him before.

The High School Musical heartthrob is set to shock his fans by posing with a naked woman in a new photospread for the upcoming issue of Interview magazine, on newsstands March 24.

In one shot, readers are able to see the model’s exposed right breast.

“It was definitely different from anything I had ever done before,” Zac explains. “I just got to roll around in the dirt for a couple of hours,” says Zac of his sandbox photo shoot. “I got pretty dirty by the end of it, so that was fun.”

The 21-year-old 17 Again star is interviewed by Milk director Gus Van Sant on everything from film roles to video games and starstruck fans.

“There are a lot of young fans — they’re beautiful and they’re amazing — but it’s the moms that get absolutely crazy,” he says. “There was one, I was at this signing and there were stairs you had to walk up and everyone was coming one at a time. There was this mom that was in a wheelchair and her daughter came up and got an autograph. And the mom was like, ‘I want one too,’ so she stands right up from the wheelchair and walks right up on stage. I was like, ‘Of course, you can have whatever you want.’ I signed like ten things for her and she walked back down, sat back in her wheelchair and rolled away.”

Zac on Taking Career Risks: “You know, everything I’ve done in the past has felt very safe, and it was great for a while, but now I’m looking for a place to take chances. I want to play with things. Most of the directors I’d want to work with don’t even know who I am,” he said.

“Their daughters might.”
