Zac Efron “Footloose” Remake Spring 2009 Production
Following the opening weekend box office success of Zac Efron’s High School Musical 3, Paramount Studios has greenlit a remake of Kevin Bacon’s 1984 film Footloose starring the young heartthrob.
The film, set in a town where dancing has been banned, will go into production next Spring, Variety reports.
