Zac Efron ‘Blue Hawaii’ Elvis Presley Remake

According to long-running celebrity snitch Mike Walker, Zac Efron is ready to step into Elvis’ blue suede shoes for a remake of ‘The King’s’ 1961 summer flick ‘Blue Hawaii.’

“It’s a perfect vehicle for Zac! Not only can he sing and dance, but he’s a truly great surfer and wants to perform his own surfing scenes,” says Mike’s insider.
“Brace yourselves for The Zac-Attack, ladies – he’s also slated for “High School Musical: The Movie,” if Disney coughs up the right dough.” Will he really make the Elvis film? It certainly seems like a decent fit.
“We’re working on developing a remake of Footloose, with me in the Kevin Bacon role, and an age-swap film like Big, Zac recently reported. “There’s other stuff but I don’t want to talk about it and then let people down.”
