When Greyson Met Gaga…..

Greyson Chance, the 12-year-old piano prodigy from Oklahoma whose cover of Lady Gaga’s song “Paparazzi” became a YouTube sensation last spring, finally got to meet his idol.

“I met @LadyGaga! She was so kind, gave me some great advice and put on an amazing show!!” the young star Tweeted Saturday after running into the odd pop phenomenon at a concert near his hometown last week.

In May, Greyson made his television talk show debut on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, where Gaga called in to praise Greyson’s outstanding cover and to offer the preteen some much-appreciated advice on avoiding the distraction of girls!

Greyson is expected to release his debut album on DeGeneres’ ElevenEleven recording label in early 2011.
