WJLA, a Washington DC area television station, is doing an excellent job of courting controversy, airing a clinical video of two women performing self breast exams.

This is a pretty airtight way to drum up ratings for sweeps, as they have a perfect defense (“what? we’re trying to save lives here!”) while still getting to show naked women on the local news. The breast exams aired last night at 5 and 11 EST, and will supposedly be airing again today. I’ve searched high and low for videos, but there are none as of yet. Expect that to change though with the reairings today and the entire thing blowing up into a huge deal because Americans are weird about breasts.
