The folks at MTV are offering one big spender and a guest the chance to attend the 2008 Video Music Awards and an opportunity to rub elbows with The Hills’ Audrina Patridge.

All proceeds from the winning bid will go to CharityFolks.com. The top bidder will get to walk the red carpet at the VMAs and party VIP-style at the Standard Hotel Los Angeles after the ceremony.
