A George Clooney ‘date’ auction has been pulled from eBay.com. Charity auction bosses had set up the chance to accompany George to his Leatherheads premiere in Los Angeles on March 31st to raise cash for the Boys & Girls Club Of America, but George never agreed to participate in any auction.

An Auction Cause spokesman says: “It was all a big misunderstanding. We’ve contacted George Clooney’s representative and apologized.”
