On Thursday, the Tween World came to a standstill as Miley Cyrus sent her final Tweet and disappeared into cyber-oblivion. In a new YouTube vlog, the Disney starlet breaks into song as she explains her controversial decision to quit Twitter — abandoning her 2 million followers on the popular microblogging social media site.

And according to Miles, her rumored love interest and The Last Song co-star Liam Hemsworth, has very little to do with why her Tweeting days are done.

“Yeah, the rumors are true, I deleted my Twitter,” the 16-year-old raps. “I had to say goodbye,” she continues, “and this little rap is to tell my fans why.”

“I want my private life private,” she raps. “I ain’t livin’ for tabloids, I’m living for me.”
