David Beckham was snubbed during a recent VIP tour of the White House. Becks was invited as he arrived to America’s most famous address as he arrived in Washington to battle DC United earlier this week. It soon became embarrassingly clear that most workers had no clue who he was.

“She didn’t recognize him and asked if he was a relative of a staffer,” says a tattle of one of President Bush’s secretaries.

“It’s no wonder he is not recognized. He’s hardly kicked a ball,” says a snitch.
