Mystery mounts surrounding the whereabouts of the King of Pop’s body.

Jackson’s gold-plated coffin was removed from the Staples Centre in Los Angeles following a live memorial on Tuesday — never to be seen again.

Media insiders claim the late star’s final resting place is still being decided by his family, with speculation ranging from the posh Forest Lawn Cemetery in the Hollywood Hills to his wonderous Neverland Ranch in Santa Barbara.

Although a private viewing was held at Forest Lawn prior to the public funeral, it is not believed that Michael Jackson will be buried among the other Hollywood stars — like Betty Davis, John Ritter, and Ed McMahon — already interred in the famous memorial park.
