Headliners have been announced for the 2008 Virgin Mobile Music Festival in Baltimore this August. Chuck Berry, Kanye West, Lil Wayne, Bob Dylan are some of the big names that will descend on Charm City’s Pimlico Racetrack for the third annual outdoor music festival. Tickets go on sale May 3 and cost $175 for both days, $97.50 for single-day passes and $250 for VIP access.
