Early nineties rapper and former resident of The Surreal Life Vanilla Ice will soon be rapping about taxes.

V.I has been hired by TurboTax.com as the host for the company’s Tax Rap Contest designed to “providing fun-loving taxpayers nationwide a shot at their own Grammy-worthy performance and $25,000 in winnings.”

“We want people to ‘get their tax on,’ ” a Turbo Tax rep says.

To kick off the contest, Vanilla Ice has unveiled an original music video “inspired by his own personal tax-filing experiences” on YouTube.
