Vanessa Hudgens is suing her former manager after he allegedly broke the terms of their previous legal settlement.

The High School Musical star avoided a courtroom battle with Vierra in May by paying him off in a court-approved deal after he first filed a nearly $6 million lawsuit against her.

Vierra alleged Baby V failed to honor a contract entitling him to “share equally” in her potential success before she went on to find fame in the smash Disney franchise in 2006. The pair later settled out of court; but on Monday, Hudgens accused Vierra of breaching their agreement in a new lawsuit filed at Los Angeles’ County Superior Court.

The actress alleges her ex-employee altered his MySpace.com webpage to appear as though he still represents her.

Vanessa Hudgens is seeking to reclaim the money she paid in the settlement, reports TMZ.com.
