‘Ho School Musical’ star Vanessa Hudgens has been making frequent trips to Burbank Physical Therapy in recent weeks for treatment of some strained ligaments in her lower back.

“Vanessa came in and was all smiles,” says a Fox spy. “She acknowledged everyone in the room and was very, very sweet.”
