A Dublin, Georgia man has been convicted of stalking former supermodel Tyra Banks.

On Thursday, a judge in New York convicted Brady Green, 39, of stalking, harassment, criminal trespass and attempted aggravated harassment, according to the Associated Press. Green faces up to 90 days in jail when he is sentenced on June 18.

Tyra testified that she feared for her own safety in open court Wednesday.

The accused stalker was arrested in March 2008 at a McDonald’s restaurant near the Manhattan studio where Tyra tapes her Emmy-winning talk show, The Tyra Banks Show. Green told officers at the time that he and the model “had a thing together.”

His lawyer is planning to appeal.
