Actor/Writer/Director and all-around good guy, Tyler Perry, is showing off his new body in the latest issue of Men’s Health.
The 43-year old tells Men’s Health that he dropped the weight for his upcoming role in the film, Alex Cross. “As for the results, he admits, “I walk into a room with a lot more confidence. All my life I’ve tried to hide my height. I was taller than everybody else and stood out, so I would slouch and try to hide it. But with what I’ve been able to do with my body, I’m owning it. I’m standing up when I walk into a room.”
Tyler says that his workouts included cardio, body-weight moves, and free-weight and cable work while his afternoons consisted of Krav Maga martial arts training.
