Twitter Reality Show
The website famous for asking what everybody’s doing, will soon be doing a reality series.
On Monday, Twitter announced that it has teamed up with Reveille Productions and Brillstein Entertainment Partners to develop an unscripted series based on the popular social networking website — which invites 140-character postings from members around the world.
“Twitter is transforming the way people communicate, especially celebrities and their fans,” Reveille managing director Howard T. Owens said in a statement Monday. Owens expects the new project to “unlock Twitter’s potential on TV.”
No details on the show’s format or when it might hit the air just yet.
