Edward Cullen’s house is for sale. The West Vancouver home that portayed the home of the Cullen vampire clan in the new movie The Twilight Saga: New Moon is on the market for $3.3 million.

The home plays an important role in the new blockbuster film New Moon, setting the scene for Bella’s ill-fated birthday party. The posting on local realtor Jason Soprovich’s website has received more than 50,000 hits and garnered worldwide attention. So much so that his website almost crashed.

“It’s been absolutely incredible,” Soprovich said of interest in the Arthur Erickson-designed property.

While Soprovich says the exposure has been “fantastic for the house,” he’s less than thrilled with all the TwiHards who have been pestering him about visiting the estate.

“They didn’t want to buy at all, they just wanted to sleep there for a few days,” he said.

Featuring an outdoor pool and hot tub, the three-floor pad at 118 Stevens Dr. is currently listed for $3.3 million. The estate was completely renovated in 2001 and features an open floor plan.
