Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker has reportedly settled a lawsuit stemming from a September 2008 South Carolina plane crash that killed four people.

Barker has settled the lawsuit against several companies, including Learjet, Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. and the owners of the plane and its contractors, The Associated Press reports. The terms of the settlement were confidential.

The rocker and his pal, the late Adam “DJ AM” Goldstein, were the lone survivors of the inferno. Goldstein passed away in August after an accidental overdose. His estate is also suing the same defendants in a wrongful death lawsuit, claiming the crash caused Goldstein’s fatal overdose.
