Travis Barker has filed a personal injury and wrongful death lawsuit against Clay Lacy Aviation; International Travel and Services, Inc; Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company; and Bombadier Inc. in connection with the September plane crash that left him with severe burns.
Travis filed the lawsuit with Thelma Martin Still, the mother of his friend Charles Still, who died in the Learjet crash, along with three other passengers.
Barker’s lawyer alleges the former Blink-182 drummer “was hurt and injured in his health, strength and activity, sustaining injuries to his body and shock and injury to his nervous system” in the crash, which has caused him “great physical, mental and nervous pain and suffering.”
