Lindsay Lohan is being sued by the woman she chased just before being arrested for DUI last July. Tracie Rice – the mother of the actress’ former assistant – claims Lindsay terrorized her in the high-speed car chase across Santa Monica and is taking legal action.

According to filed legal papers, the Plaintiff has spent $3,500 on therapy, $510 on medical expenses, $145 on a chiropractor and $2,000 in miscellaneous expenses incurred by her trauma.

Tracie also claims she lost her job as a result of the incident, and is seeking compensation against a salary of $60-$75,000 per annum
