Tom Cruise “Too Old” For “Mission: Impossible 4″ And Other Action Films

At 46, Tom Cruise has been branded “too old” to be cast in any more of the action-thrillers that help turn him a Hollywood Leading Man.
Movie executives fear the Top Gun star is no longer marketable to young audiences because of his “advanced age” and controversial devotion to Scientology.
“Cruise is begging for MI:4 (Mission Impossible: 4)’ but Paramount wants a younger, cheaper guy. He had a tantrum and ran out of the meeting,” a spy gushed to the New York Post on Wednesday.
Tom’s role in the upcoming espionage thriller Edwin A. Salt was recast with Angelina Jolie earlier this week.
