Tom Cruise has slammed the owners of a Los Angeles baby boutique with a cease and desist letter. The actor is accusing Petit Tresor of going public with purchases he and wife Katie Holmes have made without their consent. The establishment has been ordered to zip their lips when it comes to discussing the family’s purchases with the media. According to legal documents released on Thursday, employees for Petit Tresor are not to “say anything (whether true or false) about Mr. Cruise and Ms. Holmes’ shopping habits.”

Tom is particularly livid over his belief that store bosses leaked false information suggesting the actors have spent over $350,000 on daughter Suri’s wardrobe since her birth two years ago, TMZ.com reports.
