Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes will splash out $200,000 a month to live in Manhattan’s swank Trump Towers during the actress’ brief engagement in the Broadway production of All My Sons this Fall. Tom and Katie, along with daughter Suri, will move into a two-story duplex in Donald Trump’s celebrity hi-rise.

“She saw it and she loved it,” says Michael Cohen, the Towers’ building manager.
