“I knew I wanted to marry Kate when I met her,” Tom Cruise says in the December 7 issue of T: The New York Times Style Magazine.

The magazine’s “Holiday/Reinvention Issue” features two separate interviews and split covers with Cruise and his Broadway-starring wife Katie Holmes.

“I was completely in love,” Katie says of meeting Tom for the first time. “I admired him growing up – he’s Tom Cruise! I… maybe had his photo up on my wall.”
