It’s a boy for supermodel Gisele Bundchen and her husband, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady. The Brazilian stunner is telling pals that she and Tom are expecting a son, who they’ll likely call Gabriel, toward the end of the year.

“One of Gisele’s five sisters is named Gabriela, and she’s always thought it was a beautiful name,” a friend of the couple spills on the pages of the Sept. 28 issue of The National Enquirer. “She’s also friends with Brazilian singer-songwriter Gabriel Guerra. They met in Rio de Janeiro last year, and he wrote the song “Tribute to Gisele” for her. She liked it so much she put it on her Web site.”

The name also represents religious significance for the 29-year-old, who tops the list of the world’s highest-paid supermodels.

“Gisele was brought up a Roman Catholic, and Gabriel is an archangel, a messenger from God, in the New Testament,” says the pal.

Baby Gabriel will be the second son for Tom, who has a 2-year-old son, John Edward Thomas, with actress ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan.
