Hollywood celebrity web site TMZ has been served with a subpoena in the Britney Spears child custody case after chronicling a series of Britney Spears’ recent exploits. TMZ says Kevin Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, served it with papers late Monday, requesting video footage it shot which apparently features Britney Spears out and about on the day she claimed she wasn’t feeling well enough to attend a deposition appointment.
