It’s awkward to listen to all this gossip, I’ve watched the show for a few seasons now and I remember an episode where Jon said he enjoyed having the cameras around and Kate said she didn’t. Now they’re saying the opposite. All of this makes it difficult to believe if this show is actually reality or acting. The one thing I can say is what a dramatic change Kate has made about her image. She never cared about how she dressed and having makeup on or not, or her weight. It would be unfortunate if this was all because of the fame and fortune.

I think Jon should fight for his family. Divorce is not the answer. It is painful for everyone involved, especially the children. They would adjust because what other option is there for them. It will be with them forever. I think Jon and Kate need time to themselves to remember what brought them together in the first place. It breaks my heart for Kate and the kids if divorce is the choice Jon makes.

I was taken back by Jon pulling into the 5th birthday party in his fancy sports car. With these perks come responsibity…Please. I gave Jon the benefit of the doubt but that was a clincher. The man complains about his life and privacy. But has no problem spending the money. Grow up. These kids need both their parents! Being cordial w eachother is not the same. They will know the truth, you think you are sheltering them from. Been there done that. Jon, the grass is not greener on the other side. Not worth sacrificing your family for what you think is your right. You should of thought of that before the childre were concieved!!!!!

I totally agree with Cherly on May 25th. Divorce is not the answer. Did you guys ever think of a marriage counselor? You should really consider it, especially for the kids. You definately need a vacation for the two of you so that you can find yourselves again. I watch your show all the time and feel apart of your family. So this is really breaking my heart. You seemed like you were the perfect family and I do realize no one is perfect. This will totally distroy the kids because you are both so involved with them. A comment for Jon, when I was in school, my adequet teacher taught us that if you want someone to believe you and take you serious to where the other person would not think you were lying, you have to look the person in the face. Never look away or look down because you have something to hide. Last nights first one hour special of the 5th season, you were talking about the tabloids and you did not have an affair, you couldn’t even look up. That was kind of making me curious about you. And a comment to Kate, you are kind of hard on Jon too. The thing that bothered me through past interviews on your shows were where you would almost treat Jon as one of the kids and belittle him for anything he would do or say. You should work on that. But I definately think you both should try to fix your marriage, I think it is well worth it . You compliment each other. Doesn’t anyone believe in the bible. I am not a holly roller or any thing, but I do believe in our god and taking my vows that I made before him seriously. I admit that my marriage is not good at all, but in my heart I think maybe some day it will all be better, hopefully. Thanks for your time and you are in my prayers.
