So guy leaves his UNLOCKED cell phone in mickeys restroom where any kid could pick it up and look at porn and yall blame the people at mickeys????????????????????? So if the phone would have been locked, as it should have been seeing as how it had nude pics on it, do you think the pic would have been posted? How do you sue mickeys for the negligence and stupidity of someone else? Negligence being the one who left his phone and stupidity for the one who posted pics…that is if they are not one in the same. As has been said here more than a couple of times, sounds like some is trying to be a lazy ass the rest of their life by getting paid.
