Who the fk is Tina Sherman? Right? Well, if you were on top of things, you would know that photos of Tina Sherman were leaked onto the Internet.
Big deal right? Well, apparently it’s a big deal since the pictures were nude and meant only for her husband’s eyes.
So what happens when you leave your cell phone at McDonalds? Nude photos of your wife get leaked onto the Internet. Learn your lesson, Phillip. Once something goes digital, it’ll find it’s way online. k? good.
Instead of boning up and taking responsibility for their carelessness, Tina Sherman and her husband Phillip Sherman are suing McDonald’s for $3 million. They are claiming emotional distress and hardship.

I can understand her embarrassment about the situation. I even sympathise with her, and whole heartedly understand her anger towards the person who did this.
Correct me if Im wrong, but it was her irresponsibility that created this situation. With that being said, I dont understand how she can justify her attempt to make a national chain responsible and pay millions for her irresponsibility. I understand an employee may be responsible, but isnt it possible another customer found the phone first. Even if it was an employee that did it. She should feel lucky to even be getting her phone back.
I guess maybe Im cut from a different cloth, because in all honesty I couldnt talk myself into sueing over this even with the thought of possibly collecting money for it. I think she should have to face the fact that she shares the majority of responsibilty for this situation. If she didnt have nude photos on her phone, and if she hadnt lost it theres no way this could have ever happened.
