Dante Nigro, Jakon Sutter and Ronnie Blake – the the three male passengers ‘kidnapped’ by Lindsay Lohan before her Tuesday morning arrest are confirmed to be filing a civil lawsuit against the actress. A rep for the men states if an agreement cannot be reached amicably they will present LiLo’s attorney with a civil complaint

The trio’s lawyer said that they were there firsthand to experience Lindsay’s relapse, and “they never, ever expected to be in a car with her. It was a surprise to them.”

The young men say that their “vehicle was taken without their permission and they were unable to remove themselves while traveling, [and they were] endangered in that way,” making it “false imprisonment.”
