The Rolling Stones Announce Four Comeback Concerts
The Rolling Stones are returning to the stage, the band said in a video message uploaded to YouTube on Monday. Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts and Ronnie Wood will celebrate 50 years of rocking with four concerts set for later this year.
The aptly-named “50 and Counting Tour” will bring two shows to London and two shows to Newark.
“Two cities that know how to rock and roll,” say The Stones.
The legendary band will hit London’s 02 Arena on Nov. 25 and 29, before heading Stateside to invade Newark’s Prudential Center on Dec. 13 and 15.
