“The Prison Life: Paris” Video Game Launches
From the makers of “Rosie vs. Donald,” “The Prison Life: Paris” is the latest in over a dozen celebrity-slamming games from the GSN Company.
An orange jumpsuit clad Paris Hilton stamps vanity license plates as a baton-bearing butch resembling Rosie O’Donnell stands guard during the thumping beat of elevator music.
“Her dog, ‘Clinkerbell,’ keeps jumping up on the conveyer belt, and you don’t want to hit him because then you lose points,” tips John Roberts, GSN’s senior VP for digital media and interactive entertainment. “But if the dog gets through the entire belt, you get extra points.”
“We call these minigames,” Roberts says. “They take three to five minutes to play and then you pass it along.”
