The Lindsay Lohan Milkshake is the latest craze sweeping through Hollywood. The actress delighted fans after creating a custom milkshake named after her at Millions of Milkshakes in West Hollywood on Thursday night. Lindsay donned an apron and gloves to create the dessert, which will now be a featured item on the establishment’s menu.

Lindsay’s shake features swirls of vanilla and chocolate ice cream topped off with Oreo cookie crumbs.

Millions of Milkshakes also features shakes named in honor of pop tart Britney Spears and socialite Paris Hilton.
