New Jersey Nets Guard, Jason Kidd filed for divorce from his wife Joumana on Tuesday. The couple have been married for a decade. But it’s J.K’s explosive allegations, via the official divorce documents, that have Joumana and her legal dream team threatening the NBA star with a lawsuit.

Jason claims that Joumana is physically abusive to both him and their three children. He accuses the former Budweiser model of hurling household objects at him. Kicking and hitting are some of Mrs. Kidd’s favorite hobbies, according to her soon to be ex. Joumana is also alleged to have a spooky, weird stalker vibe-going so far as to decorate the family vehicles with tracking devices.

Joumana claims her husband is a liar-and she’s fighting back…through an ambulance chaser:

“He says he’s threatened by her? He’s a star athlete. She’s 5-foot-2 I think, and 105 pounds,” celebrity New York divorce lawyer Raoul Felder says-he’s representing Joumana.

Jason has obtained an order of protection against his wife, and Monday night she and the basketball player’s three children were kicked out of the family’s Saddle River, NJ mansion:

“The police put her out of her own home, originally giving her 30 minutes to get out with the three children,” Felder said. “It turns out the police misinterpreted the court’s order.”

Mom and babies are back at home now and Dad will be picking the tykes up at the curb so that their mother won’t be arrested for violating the P.O. Felder says his client will be filing a counter complaint in a week.
