The Hills are alive with plenty of eyes glued to the tube. Apparently, Americans enjoy being upfront and center for Lifestyles of the Rich & Surgically Altered. The highly anticipated Season Premiere of the MTV reality hit snagged it’s highest-rated episode ever, bringing in a whooping 4.7 million viewers.
