Even in a recession, it pays to be a member of The Hills.

According to a report featured on The Daily Beast Monday, the central characters on the reality docudrama will $100,000 an episode during the show’s sixth season, premiering tonight on MTV.

Word on the Snitch Circuit claikms Audrina Patridge, Lauren “Lo” Bosworth, and Heidi Montag are all earning $100,000 an episode, just $25,000 less than Lauren Conrad, who departed the show last summer.

Ex-Laguna Beach star Kristin Cavallari, who will replace Lauren on the show, brings home $90,000 per episode. Bad Boy rapper wannabe Spencer Pratt is earning just $65,000 an episode. (Guess we know who wears the pants in this family!!) Former Bromance star Brody Jenner earns just $45,000 per show.
