I have MS and can’t work out as hard as the BL contestants do. I would love to know what exercises I can do. I’m able to get around pretty good, go to MS swim class 3 days a week, walk when i can. but i need more to get my metabolism going. I’ll be 61 June 15th and want to lose more before my bday. Have already lost 30lbs. Any ideas? I would love to be on the show also…. but guess that’s not possible.

OMG HELEN DOES NOT DESERVE TO WIN THE BIGGEST LOSER MIKE DESERVES IT DID YOU SEE HIS TRANSFORMATION ON THE FAINALE HE IS HELLA HOT NOW AND I THINK HELEN WAS A B**** FOR BEING SO CONCEITED NOT LETTING HER DAUGHTER STAY ON THE SHOW AND STAYS ON IT FOR HERSELF !!
