Last week, Helen Phillips, a 48-year-old retired retail manager from Sterling Heights, MI, was crowned champion of The Biggest Loser: Couples — and now 140 pounds lighter, the mother of three is showing off her thinner frame in a new ad for the Got Milk? nutritional campaign.

Helen’s journey took her from 257 pounds down to 117 pounds.
