This is my 40th and final year in the ad biz.
I’ve been lucky enough to work with about 10% of these stunners and have looked through the books
of another 30%… and seen almost all of them in SI and other ads. Must have missed the issue with
Beyonce … as did the rest of the world.
When you think about the models AND the layouts
you can put Ashley Laetitia and Elle in the top 3.
Followed by Marisa Eva Stacey Bar Tyra Niki
Estelle. Don’t argue, that IS the list!

Aside from the obvious misnomer of “of all time” (I roll my eyes whenever I see that crap in a top list title, which is alarmingly often), these aren’t even the hottest to date. Where are the South African swimsuit models like Roxy Ingram, Minki van der Westhuizen and the McGregor sisters (Kerry and Tracey)?

Are you guys dumb?! i cant believe you are questioning why Tyra Banks is number one! its not just her looks that got her that, its the fact that with that one cover shot she made history!!! its iconic, and that one cover shoot helped her build her empire into being a huge successful woman…maybe you guys should do a little research and see why her being on that cover is so powerful

so yes, definitely deserves number one.

What a shame, this list was put together by someone who has no concept of the history of SI swimsuit models, a list without Stacy Williams, Leatitia Casta, and Claudia and putting in nonswimsuit models makes it worthless.

I would placed Yamila Diaz Rahi as the number 1 SI Swimsuit star of the past 10 years. Lebanese/Spanish and Argentinian, she’s exotic. Where’s the hell Melissa Baker???
