15. Deep Blue Sea

The director of Deep Blue Sea reportedly challenged members of the audience to guess which scenes involved models and which CGI — not a wise decision given how appalling the graphics were throughout most of the movie. For a big budget flick starring Samuel L. Jackson, it sure did have some eye-gougingly awful sharks — epitomized in that scene where Jackson himself gets gobbled up by one of the brainiac monsters.
