19. Scarlett Johansson

Who is she? Scarlett Johansson is best known for her roles in ‘He’s Just Not That Into You’ and ‘Lost in Translation’.

Why Scarlett made the list: Although Scarlett Johansson has a successful career in acting and singing, the male population of the world probably wouldn’t care if she stood still and never said or sang a word. Scarlett has been on nearly every countdown made in the past 5 years, and I don’t see that changing anytime soon. She is just plain hot, and that is why she is number 19.

18. Kate Bosworth

Who is she? This American actress has starred in several feature films, including ‘21′ and ‘Superman Returns’.

Why Kate made the list: Kate has has a pretty quiet few years, but all of that is about to change. With three major projects coming up in 2010, you can bet you’ll see this California girl on red carpets around the country. Kate is a simple sort of beauty, which makes her unique and earns her place at number 18 on our list.

Who is she? Grace is best known for her portrayal of Sharon Valerii on ‘Battlestar Galactica’.

Why Grace made the list: This hot Sci-Fi chick made quite the name for herself after her time on BSG. When she finished up her role, she went on to star on ‘The Cleaner’ and ‘The Border’. Park has appeared in several magazines, most notably in Maxim’s Hot 100

Even though she’s nothing shabby to look at, Kim is currently dating New Orleans Saints running back, Reggie Bush. Don’t worry though, they have been known to break-up and get back together, so there’s always a window of opportunity for the rest of the world.

Who is she?: Karolina is a Czech super model.

Who is she: Minka is the American actress, famous for her role on Friday Night Lights.

I mean, watching Beyonce dance provocatively for 3 and half minutes wearing a skin tight leotard definitely isn’t a waste of my time.
