Milwaukee first grader Lamya Cammon got a tough lesson in cause and effect when she didn’t follow her frustrated teacher’s order to quit playing with her hair during class. When she kept doing it, the teacher used a pair of nearby scissors to chop off one of the 7-year-old’s braids.
