A bikini-clad Miley Cyrus found herself a hotly-debated topic around the Watercooler (So what else is new?) earlier this month after she debuted a cryptically-scrawled ink beneath her left breast that reads “Just Breathe” – a tribute to a friend who died of cystic fibrosis. However, the controversy over how young is too young for body art hasn’t stopped Miley from trying to convince pal Taylor Swift to take the tattoo plunge, too.

The 17-year-old wildchild is working to convince the eight-time Grammy-nominated 20-year-old to join her in getting matching guitar tats to immortalize their bond as “Best Friends Forever.”
