Just days after Hills stars Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag married in a lavish wedding outside Los Angeles, the reality-starring newlyweds are desperately trying to avoid swine flu.

The couple flew to Cabo San Lucas to shoot a music video for Heidi’s new single, “Sex Ed,” but the honeymoon turned into a nightmare when Speidi learned they are at risk for the Mexican-born epidemic that has claimed over 100 lives in the Spanish-speaking country.

“We’re definitely wearing the facemasks everywhere we go,” Spencer complained on Ryan Seacrest’s On Air With Ryan Seacrest radio show early Tuesday. “We’re not playing — I’m not trying to get pig flu. We’re in isolation, we’re in full hiding.” Heidi chimed in, “Every second, we’re washing our hands.”
