Susan Boyle Hospitalized After “Britain’s Got Talent” Loss
Scottish singing sensation Susan Boyle suffered an emotional meltdown and had to be hospitalized after this weekend’s stunning upset on the finale of Britain’s Got Talent.
Susan — who became a YouTube sensation after performing a rendition of “I Dreamed A Dream” from the musical Les Miserables on the talent series earlier this year — lost the title to Diversity, a dance troupe from Essex, England.
The church volunteer received only twenty percent of the 4 million audience votes that decided the show’s winner.
According to Britain’s Daily Mail, the 48-year-old was rushed to The Priory – the famed celebrity rehab clinic – because of “exhaustion” following her Talent defeat.
On Sunday, Britain’s Got Talent released a statement saying Boyle had been told by doctors to take a break from her sudden stardom.
“Following Saturday night’s show, Susan is exhausted and emotionally drained. She has been seen by her private GP who supports her decision to take a few days out for rest and recovery,” The Daily Mail reported the statement as saying.
“We offer her our ongoing support and wish her a speedy recovery.”

I think Simon Cowell is one of the greediest producers in entertainment history. He puts untalented young immature kids on American Idol so he has someone to make fun of. It has made him a billionaire. He uses Piers Morgan to do the same on America’s Got Talent.
These British snobs use immature kids to fan their bully tactics. These shows are mostly watched by young kids and Cowell shoves his bully tactics as fun and entertaining. Tells them it’s fun to degrade, humiliate and make fun of others. Kids take this to their schools and do the same to even less mature kids who may not be totally stable. Our country is spending millions trying to teach kids not to bully and treat everyone with respect. Simon Cowell’s control over our immature youth is making our schools unsafe for everyone. I’ve seen these two scum bags talking to contestants like they are garbage.
Simon Cowell and Piers Morgan both have been on all the talk shows pumping Susan Boyle so their cash cow keeps producing money in their pockets. Poor lady is a victim of greed. They drag her on these talk shows when it’s evident she is very uncomfortable. Until our youth can think for themselves Cowell will keep doing this and keep getting rich and taking advantage of the immature.
