Susan Boyle has had a new security system installed in her West Lothian, Scotland home after two intruders snunk into the side gate of her property over the weekend.

A pair of culprits frightened Susan after they snunk into her yard and peered at her through a back window as she sat watching television with cat Pebbles, The Sun reported Monday. Susan promptly invested in an upgraded security system; police can now be at her home in just minutes if she presses the alarm.

The former talent show star has enjoyed one of the biggest album releases of the year with the debut of her first album, I Dreamed A Dream, and is reportedly hunting for a new home in the $1 million range.
