‘Steve Jobs’ Trailer Gives Fans First Look At Michael Fassbender As Apple Creator [Watch]

Steve Jobs is a movie that has gone through a lot since its inception and there is no doubt that fans will be excited to finally get a look at its trailer. The clip is very short and will surely make people want more.

One film was made about Steve Jobs already called Jobs with Ashton Kutcher, of course, but that film didn’t have too much success due to a fairly unknown director and not much press, but the upcoming film should have what it takes to be a hit.

The film stars Michael Fassbender in the title as the founder of Apple computers. The cast also includes Kate Winslet, Seth Rogen, Jeff Daniels, and Michael Stahlbarg. However, the men behind the camera are what make the film really exciting with Oscar-winning director Danny Boyle and Oscar-winning screenwriter Aaron Sorkin.

Steve Jobs will surely be a hit with audiences just as almost every biopic about a famous American is. The trailer from Universal only lasts for a minute and doesn’t show much, but perhaps that will just make people anxious for more.

Much of the preview is spent simply speaking about Jobs and not showing much visually until we finally get a glimpse of Fassbender in the role. After that, their characters aren’t actually revealed in the trailer, but Winslet, Daniels, and Rogen are all shown at the end as well. They will be portraying former Macintosh marketing chief Joanna Hoffman, former Apple CEO John Sculley, and Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, respectively.

The trailer reveals some interesting quotes throughout that are said about Steve Jobs and by him including the line “No one sees the world the same way you do,” which displays how unique of a person he was and only makes us want to know more.

Steve Jobs is based on a book of the same name, written by Walter Isaacson in 2011. The film will focus on the Apple founder at three iconic Apple product launches.
