Stephen Curry, James Harden, and Anthony Davis will all be appearing on the cover of NBA2K16 in a way like never before. It is the first time that more than one player has ever been featured on the cover of a game with different versions.
It only makes sense that more than one player would be chosen to grace the cover after such a competitive race for the MVP throughout the 2014-2015 season that saw Stephen Curry winning the highly-coveted award, with James Harden coming in second and Anthony Davis also finishing in the top 5.
The 2K series likes to take it to another level when competing with its rival NBA Live and is doing everything in their power to beat their rivals. In addition to featuring 3 superstars on the cover, the game will also feature Oscar-winner Spike Lee as the game’s director.
Stephen Curry is the reigning MVP and while most people would probably expect to see him on the cover, it is nice to see other stars joining him as well. All 3 players have been a part of multiple All-Star teams together and a part of Team USA.

Spike Lee is known for his directing and screenwriting, but this is the first time that he has been a part of a videogame’s creation. He is serving as the director with his creativity being used for the game’s MyCareer mode, which allows users to create a player and take them through the challenges of the NBA, both on and off the court.
The mode has been a unique experience for years on the 2K franchise, but with Lee’s creativity and involvement, it should make the game even more fun for basketball fans. He shot about 12 hours of in-game drama that fans will get to experience in the unique game mode.
Stephen Curry, James Harden, and Anthony Davis have likely dreamed of being on the cover of a game for a long time and now they get to share it with each other.
